The Charlie Daniels Band returns to Branson! The legendary country rock artist who gave us music’s most iconic fiddle song, doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon! The band is still rocking out venues across the country with their collection of catchy songs, a list that includes that unforgettable ditty on the fiddle, “The Devil Went Down to Georgia,” as well as hits like “In America,” “Drinkin’ My Baby Goodbye,” “Simple Man,” and “Boogie Woogie Fiddle Country Blues.” Charlie Daniels' passion to give doesn’t end with a great song; he supports a variety of charitable causes, including St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, the T. J. Martell Foundation, an organization that aids in cancer research, and The Journey Home Project, helping veterans of the armed forces. He’s also hosted The Charlie Daniels Celebrity Golf Classic & Angelus Concert in Florida; it benefits The Angelus, a full-time residential facility and day school program for the severely handicapped. His commitment to giving back demonstrates that Charlie Daniels is one big-time celebrity who puts his money where his heart is!
