#1 Hits of the 60s (& 50s, Too!) invites Branson guests on a joyous journey back to the decades filled with happiness, hip threads, peace, love, and unforgettable fab fun!  Although the 50s and 60s seemed worlds apart in fashion and other fads, each of these decades gave birth to rock ‘n’ roll music that’s held up well over the passing decades.  Grandparents, parents, and the kids can all easily sing along to songs from Elvis Presley to The Four Seasons, and from The Monkees to The Supremes.

This talented troupe of ten singers, dancers, and musicians will touch on more than 100 songs in a total of 100 costumes, accentuated by special segments like a heartfelt tribute to our nation’s veterans.  Other great artists covered by the cast of #1 Hits of the 60s (& 50s, Too!), include The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Paul Anka, Petula Clark, Buddy Holly, Mamas & The Papas, The Association, Lesley Gore, Dion, The Coasters, Roy Orbison, Stevie Wonder, and many more! In addition to the wonderful music and the outrageously fun costumes, wigs, and props, this delightful show transforms an audience member into a hippie in their “These Boots Are Made for Walking” segment, and gets their audience movin’ and groovin’ along with their high school dance.

Each of the cast members of #1 Hits of the 60s (& 50s, Too!) brings an impressive resume to the show. Matt  Muhoberac is a composer, arranger, singer, and musician with TV credits that include General Hospital and ads for popular brands. Amber Campbell is theater trained and educated, and has been a featured vocalist and MC for several Branson shows. Kelly Parrish began her career in Chicago TV and film and worked with stars like Oprah. Michael Jason Frost shined in productions of The Miracle and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Lead guitar player, Josh Carroll, was featured in Branson’s Magnificent Country, Magnificent America, and Magnificent Seven shows. Mike Williamson is a full-time musician who plays several instruments, including trumpet, mandolin, and harmonica. Dino Phillips is one of the area’s most sought-after drummers, playing for several big shows in Branson. Ryan Dunn, a psychology major, deftly handles the saxophone for #1 Hits of the 60s, and has a strong musical studio and stage background. Kaylee Ruden has worked for many Branson shows, as well as for Silver Dollar City, and Eric Dalton has performed for Silver Dollar City, Holland America Cruise Line, and several Branson shows. And Jordan Dickinson is another veteran of Silver Dollar City and area shows, and carries a college degree in music and dance.

Talk about a trip down memory lane! What a talented group! There's not a lot of shows in Branson with just 50's and 60's music. This one takes the cake! You wont be disappointed. I took my parents and they had the time of their life. Go see this show!

"Awesome Show"

Rating of 5 stars  Reviewed November 15, 2017
We were so thrilled with this show. From over 100 costume changes, all the dance moves, and interacting with the audience, it was nonstop enjoyment. I was picked to go up on the stage by Devin to do some "groovin" with the group...it was so much fun! We actually wanted to see the show again while we were there but there wasn't a time available. We highly recommend this show to all ages!

Drove down from Iowa to see Branson and take in some shows. We thoroughly enjoyed this show. The performers provided a quality performance of many songs with a great amount of energy. It took us back to our high school years along with many memories from that time.
