Moe Bandy returns to the Branson stage!  Even though it’s just for one night, his large and faithful following will be thrilled to see one of the big name entertainers who helped put Branson on map -- for several years, Bandy headlined his own show here in the Americana Theater, named for his hit, “Americana.”  He often looks no further than his own life experiences before singing a song; years spent in the bull-riding ring inspired his appropriately titled hit, “Bandy the Rodeo Clown,” and working alongside his good friend, Joe Stampley, led to a number one hit for the duo - “Just Good Ol’ Boys.”

Moe’s been honored many times throughout his career, including being named Most Promising Male Vocalist of the Year by the Academy of Country Music (ACM.)  He was also awarded Song of the Year for “It’s A Cheatin’ Situation” by the ACM.  Other hits by Moe Bandy include, “"It Was Always So Easy (To Find An Unhappy Woman,)” "Hank Williams, You Wrote My Life," "Till I’m Too Old To Die Young,” "Rodeo Romeo,” "You Haven’t Heard the Last of Me," "Holding The Bag,” and "I just Started Hatin Cheatin' Songs Today,” the first of his long list of recordings to become a hit on country music radio.

When I called, Derrick answered my call and proceeded to tell me a bit of what they could do to help my wife, son, and me on a short vacation in Brason. Derrick was able to find us three exceptional shows at greatly reduced prices. When we attended the shows, the seating at each one was excellent and we were blessed and thrilled with their uniqueness and quality.
