The Charlie Daniels Band returns to Branson!  The legendary country rock artist who gave us music’s most iconic fiddle song, doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon!  The band is still rocking out venues across the country with their collection of catchy songs, a list that includes that unforgettable ditty on the fiddle, “The Devil Went Down to Georgia,” as well as hits like “In America,” “Drinkin’ My Baby Goodbye,” “Simple Man,” and “Boogie Woogie Fiddle Country Blues.”  Charlie Daniels' passion to give doesn’t end with a great song; he supports a variety of charitable causes, including St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, the T. J. Martell Foundation, an organization that aids in cancer research, and The Journey Home Project, helping veterans of the armed forces.  He’s also hosted The Charlie Daniels Celebrity Golf Classic & Angelus Concert in Florida; it benefits The Angelus, a full-time residential facility and day school program for the severely handicapped. His commitment to giving back demonstrates that Charlie Daniels is one big-time celebrity who puts his money where his heart is!

It hasn’t just been the countless diehard fans who’ve recognize the seemingly endless talent of the music legend that defies simple genre labels -- his music can be heard on country, rock, and bluegrass radio, among other genres -- the music industry has readily acknowledged his contributions.  Charlie Daniels owns a Cliffie Stone Icon Award from the Academy of Country Music, and an Instrumentalist of the Year Award from the Country Music Association.  In addition to entertaining us with his music, Charlie Daniels has popped up in movies, including a role as himself in the hit Urban Cowboy, and on television in shows like The Fall Guy, Murder She Wrote, and King of the Hill.

After a long trip back to Pennsylvania, we had a lot of time to reflect on our recent visit to Branson, Missouri. Your staff was superior and really delivered flawless! All of our shows had great seats! Alfred was pulled on stage at Grand Jubilee and I laughed like I haven’t in years. We bought the video to relive that moment. It is hard to imagine how we would have had such a wonderful vacation without your help. So when we return, which we will, expect a call from us.
