Branson Mourns Following Ride The Ducks Tragedy - How to Help

On behalf of everyone at Save On Branson, Branson Show Tickets, and all affiliated companies, we’d like to express our deepest condolences to the families affected by last night’s tragic accident.  Our thoughts and prayers are with these families and with our friends at Ride The Ducks and Ripley’s Entertainment. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who aided those in distress and who participated in search, rescue, and recovery efforts at Table Rock Lake.  Everyone in the extended Branson community is grieving this unfathomable loss.

We know that many people who live, work, and visit here are asking how they can help the families of those affected.  The Skaggs Foundation in Branson is accepting financial donations for the families; you can make a donation online at http://www.skaggsfoundation.org/ - there is a place where you can specify that your donation is designated for this specific purpose.  There is also a donation page set up by the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce at https://www.gofundme.com/table-rock-cares; these donations will also be handled by the Skaggs Foundation.

Three candlelight vigils are planned at 9:00 p.m. tonight, Friday, July 20, at the Ride The Ducks offices on Highway 76, at the Tiki Bar at Rock Lane Resort on Indian Point, and at Brookside Church, located at 2193 State Highway F in Branson.

This unfortunate accident is currently under investigation - Ride The Ducks will be closed while they assist the families of the victims, and provide support for their heartbroken family of employees.  To aid in the investigation, and due to their proximity to the accident site, the Showboat Branson Belle is closed for today, July 20, and Saturday, July 21. All other Branson attractions and shows remain open.
