Branson is magical for a whole lot of reasons, but you can take that literally, too, because you’ll find some incredible magic shows in the city known best for music. You’ll find everything from small, sleight-of-hand tricks to grand scale illusions on the Branson stage, but the very best thing about magic shows is how ideal they are for entertaining the young, old, and everyone in-between!

Reza - Edge of Illusion: The young, daring, and adorable Reza brings Branson the latest in magic that’s on the cutting “edge of illusion!” Whether he’s delighting you with his unique take on an all time favorite like card tricks, or baffling you with his signature street magic illusion with an Oreo cookie, you’ll be completely enchanted with Reza. And then there’s the big illusions that command the entire stage, his “you have to see it to believe” it mastery of magic that’ll take you to the edge of illusion and have you holding your breath at the edge of your seat!
Location: The Branson Famous Theatre - 645 Missouri Highway 165
General Schedule: February through December - 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. performances on a variety of dates.

Hamners’ Unbelievable Variety: True, it’s more than just magic - music, acrobatics, comedy, and dance all share the stage, but it’s wonderful magic that made Dave and Denise Hamner famous in the world of live entertainment. The Hamners’ have been honored with the Magic Masters Award and have been seen on multiple television programs featuring the world of magic. Many special things set them apart from other magic shows, including the beautiful exotic birds featured in every performance, but it’s the special bond they have together on stage that makes every illusion seem effortless, something that’s only possible when the stars are also husband and wife!
Location: Hamners’ Variety Theatre - 3090 Shepherd of the Hills Expressway
General Schedule: March through October - 3:00 p.m. performances on most Sundays and 8:00 p.m. performances on most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, as well as Fridays in March.
Extra Info: The Hamners’ offer a Christmas version of the show in November and December. Other great shows in their theater are Mike Walker - Lasting Impressions, Magnificent 7, Conway Remembered, Thank You for the Music - A Modern Tribute to ABBA, and Beach Boys California Dreamin’.
Illusionist Rick Thomas: Best known for beautifully breathtaking shows filled with dazzling illusions, Rick Thomas has been awarded Magician of the World by the World Magic Awards, and Stage Magician of the Year by the Academy of Magical Arts. With his talented partner on stage, Tara, who also happens to be his wife, Thomas shows off much more than his skill as a memorable magician, the long-time Las Vegas headliner also happens to be a champion ballroom dancer, giving his show something exceptional that makes it magically extraordinary!
Location: Andy Williams Performing Arts Center & Theatre - One Andy Williams Boulevard/2500 West Highway 76
General Schedule: June through November - 2:00 p.m. mostly on Wednesdays and 8:00 p.m. performances March through October and December on various dates.
Extra Info: Other shows appearing at the Andy Williams Performing Arts Center & Theatre include Andy Williams Ozark Mountain Christmas and a wide variety of big-name artists appearing in concert.
Magic & Comedy of Taylor Reed: He’s not only been baffling his audiences in Branson for many years, he once left the judges of America’s Got Talent flabbergasted with this original motorcycle illusion - it’s this type of grand scale magic that continues to make him one of Branson’s favorite entertainers! And he’s another of the area’s multi-talented performers, delivering not only epic illusions, both up-close-and-personal and bigger than the stage that barely contains him, he’s a gifted funnyman and dancer!
Location: Dutton Family Theatre - 3454 West Highway 76
General Schedule: April through December - 2:00 p.m. on most Mondays and Saturdays and 8:00 p.m. from March through December on various dates.
Extra Info: You can also see The Duttons, of course, at the Dutton Family Theatre, as well as All Hands on Deck. The Dutton family also operates the Dutton Inn, behind the theater, and Abby’s Tourist Trap, which is right next door.
