When you're planning your Branson trip, it's easy to wonder what you're going to do with your mornings. Grab some great breakfast? Sure! What then? With so many shows in the evenings, what do you do for entertainment in the meantime? The answer? The Bretts morning show. There's something for everyone in this show for all ages.
Another Branson show in our Summer of Shows Series, AYO Starring Voices of Glory, brings together a trio of talented siblings by the names of Michael, Avery, and Nadia Cole, and combines pop, soul, jazz, and gospel to create a unique performance.
I've spent the first half of June visiting several shows in the area because it's Branson in the summertime! The first show I visited and took pictures and video of (more on that in a minute) was Prince Ivan. They're comprised of three extremely talented gentlemen by the names of Brydon and Garon Brett, of the Bretts morning show here in Branson, and Aaron Ellsworth.
C.J. Newsom, the lovely and talented star of the multi-award-winning “Patsy Cline Remembered” show, is heading into 2016 with a new name for the show, “Classic Country's Patsy Cline & Friends,” a new venue, the Americana Theatre, and a brand new comedian in the form of legendary Branson entertainer Terry “Homer Lee” Sanders.
“Apple Jack” Shannon Thomason puts on a hilarious performance for adults and children alike in Comedy Jamboree, a longtime staple of Branson’s famous Grand Country Music Hall. Parents comment on how it’s a joy to watch a genuinely funny comedian without having to “explain” racy jokes to their children.
